We use Royal Mail to dispatch orders via 24HR tracked service . Please allow 1-4 days for delivery. Typically we dispatch next day, except at weekends and Public holidays.

If you have a safe place for parcels to be left/ do not want parcel left or have special instructions for delivery then please tell us.

Tracking is Texted to you or emailed they will take a photo of your parcel or where they have left it.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then please contact us within 14 days of purchase we can give you a returns number and address so we can manage your return as efficiently as possible.

Refund / Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then please return the goods to us in perfect condition and we will issue you with an exchange or a refund via the original payment method; ie – Paypal.
